  TRANSACTION COORDINATORS

Transaction Coordinators to manage all activities necessary to complete the purchase or sale of a residential property. Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain all settlement-related paperwork and contracts. • Order necessary inspections, as needed. • Follow up with attorney/settlement agent, mortgage provider, buyer and/or seller and their agents to ensure contract compliance. • Ensure all activities are completed to ensure a smooth and timely settlement of the transaction. • Coordinate with the real estate agent to provide highest level of customer service possible. • Other administrative duties as required by client or broker. Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service experience, good organization skills, and excellent computer knowledge. Dependability, business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive professional demeanor are essential personal characteristics.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS

Persons with experience to coordinate office services such as purchasing, payroll, records control, and other administrative activities for the head of the department. Individuals should be able to exercises independent judgment in resolution of administrative problems; participates in the development of budgets and develop ad hoc reports.
