Aroon Bhate has been a licensed Delaware realtor for over twenty years and has previously been associated with PSA, Dunn-Associates, RE/MAX Associates and RE/MAX Sunvest.  

Aroon’s formal training is in engineering (B.S. in Civil Engineering). His professional training led to a stint in land planning and development.  

In the service of his clients, Aroon focuses on New Castle and Kent counties. He brings a wealth of experience in both real estate sales and mortgage counseling in his capacity as an accredited mortgage loan officer.   

He enjoys forming and enhancing relationships with people, an area where his reputation for being perspective serves him well. Initially an native of Bombay, India, Aroon is fluent in Hindi and Marathi.
